bWATTER was established in 2021. With owned design pattern of gallium nitride power transistor (GaN-FET) cooperates with Global Wafer Co., Ltd. foundry service to meet high-efficiency, low-loss and high-frequency power components. And, on this basis, bWATTER has further developed its own GaN power device driver IC (Gate Driver IC), synchronous step-down PWM controller (PWM IC) and fast charging protocol IC (PD IC).

Among the key components of the power supply, bWATTER has its own solutions, even leading the industry.  That is the first to propose and mass-produce the primary side board design of GaN-FET+ Gate driver+ PWM, and provide A completed circuit design provided to numerous GaN projects faster and more efficient.

Meanwhile, it also provides different fast charging solution designs, such as 20W, 30W, 45W, 65W, and even circuit design schemes above 100W. bWATTER has a completed solutions and can quickly formulate adequate charging solutions for customers.

Design solutions, such as customization of fast charging protocol, output power distribution, and customization of PCBA module design.

Just like the current fast charger module and power extension cable fast charging module projects provided by bWATTER, they are all existing cases of actual development, testing and successful domestic certification.
